Not So Noble Wines was created in Costa Mesa, California with one main goal; to share the magic of wine and develop an appreciation for the different cultivators around the globe. In addition, every participant in a NSNW Event will leave with more confidence in their tasting ability and the poise to make more informed decisions in the ever intimidating wine aisle.
Meet Sammy
Head Sommelier Sammy Captan has been studying the world of wine for many years. Drawing inspiration from his love of traveling and his father, he became infatuated with how a single bottle of wine can transport you across the world in an instant. Sammy has a love for lesser known grape varieties grown in the smaller corners of the world, while carrying a deep appreciation for the classics. More than anything, Sammy loves sharing his passion with those around him and his main goal is to leave you with a deeper appreciation of wine and those you share it with!
